Graduate Nurse Medical Surgical Internship. 8 week clinical internship that will include 5 West Cardiac Telemetry, 4 West - Renal, 4 East - Oncology, 3 West - Orthopedics, and 3 East - Post Surgical. The internship also includes 40 hours of Medical-Surgical classroom orientation. Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and a valid Texas Graduate Nurse Permit required.
