RAC HOURLY SUPP
**SWIM INSTRUCTOR POSITION**
Provides swim instruction to students of various ages and abilities. Prefer candidate with previous instructional experience and CPR/AED certification. Must possess good interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work with a wide range of clientele. WSI certification required.
Must possess skills to supervise clients, staff and others utilizing the swimming facility. Monitors and maintains the swimming facility and surrounding area in accordance with established safety and risk management policies. High school graduate or equivalent. Prefer candidate with previous lifeguard experience. Must possess good interpersonal and leadership skills to work with a wide range of clients. Lifeguard certification required. Physical requirements: mild to moderate physical exertion may be required to fulfill job requirements.
