- We are Jupiter Medical Center and we are GROWING and HIRING!! Member of the nursing team who contributes to the comfort and well being of the patients by performing specifically assigned tasks. The essential responsibilities of the Nurse Externs are to provide quality patient care, promote effective communication between patients, staff, physicians, and visitors and provide to licensed personnel input of care delivered. Employee must be able to work in a stressful environment, work independently, and be capable of making sound decisions, detail oriented, alert and self-motivated. Job may be physically demanding. Nurse Extern must have completed at least 1 semester of an accredited nursing program and be enrolled in a nursing program, BLS, CURRENT FLORIDA C.N.A. LICENSE REQUIRED.
